Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Local rings. Passage from the local to the global

Let AA be a ring which is not necessarily commutative, mm a right ideal of AA contained in the Jacobson radical of AA and MM a left AA-module. Suppose that one of the following conditions holds : (i) MM is finitely generated; (ii) mm is nilpotent. Then the relation (Ad/m)⊗AM=0(A_d/m) \otimes_A M = 0 implies M=0M = 0.

The assertion with respect to hypothesis (i) is precisely Corollary 3 to Proposition 6 of Algebra, Chapter VIII, §6§ 6, no. 3. On the other hand, the relation (Ad/m)⊗AM=0(A_d/m) \otimes_A M = 0 is equivalent to M=mMM = mM and hence implies M=mnMM = m^nM for every integer n>0n > 0; whence the assertion with respect to hypothesis (ii).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
