Commutative Algebra, chapter IV, § 2. Primary decomposition

Let MM be a finitely generated module over a Noetherian ring AA; let (M1),…(M_1), \ldots be a composition series of MM such that, for 0≤i≤n−10 \leq i \leq n - 1, Mi/Mi+1M_i / M_{i+1} is isomorphic to A/piA/p_i, where pip_i is a prime ideal of AA (§1§ 1, no. 4, Theorem 1). If pp is a minimal element of Ass⁡(M)\operatorname{Ass}(M), the length long⁡Ap(Mp)\operatorname{long}_{A_p}(M_p) is equal to the number of indices ii such that pi=pp_i = p. For the (Mi)p(M_i)_p form a composition series of MM, and (Mi)p/(Mi+1)p(M_i)_p / (M_{i+1})_p is isomorphic to (A/pi)p(A/p_i)_p and hence to {0}\{0\} if pi≠pp_i \neq p (since pp is minimal in the set of pip_i by §1§ 1, no. 4, Theorem 2) and to (A/p)p(A/p)_p which is a field, if pi=pp_i = p.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
