Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 1. Notion of an integral element

With the hypotheses and notation of Proposition 21, if every homogeneous element of S−1AS^{-1}\mathbf{A} which is integral over A\mathbf{A} belongs to A\mathbf{A}, then A\mathbf{A} is integrally closed.

Then Ai′⊂A\mathbf{A}'_i \subset \mathbf{A} for all i∈Zi \in \mathbf{Z} and hence A′=A\mathbf{A}' = \mathbf{A}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
