Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let h:A→A′h : A \to A' be a ring homomorphism such that A′A' is a finitely generated AA-module; then, for every prime ideal p\mathfrak{p} of AA, the set of prime ideals of A′A' lying above p\mathfrak{p} is finite.

Let S=A−pS = A - p; by Lemma 1 we may replace AA by S−1AS^{-1}A, A′A' by S−1A′S^{-1}A' (which is a finitely generated S−1AS^{-1}A-module) and pp by S−1pS^{-1}p; in other words, we may assume that AA is a local ring and pp is its maximal ideal. Then (by the remark made at the beginning of this no.) AA may be replaced by A/pA/p, A′A' by A′/pA′A'/pA' and pp by (0)(0), for A′/pA′=(A/p)⊗AA′A'/pA' = (A/p) \otimes_A A' is a finitely generated (A/p)(A/p)-module. Thus we have finally reduced the problem to proving the proposition when AA is a field and p=(0)p = (0); A′A' is then an AA-algebra of finite rank and therefore Artinian and we know that in such an algebra there is only a finite number of prime ideals (Chapter IV, § 2, no. 5, Proposition 9).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
