Commutative Algebra, chapter VI, § 6. Absolute values

For a mapping ff of KK to R+\mathbf{R}_+ to belong to V(K)\mathscr{V}(K), it is necessary and sufficient that it be of the form gtg^t, where t>0t > 0 and gg is an absolute value on KK.

To say that ff satisfies (UA)(\mathbf{U}_A) is equivalent to saying that fsf^s satisfies (UAs)(\mathbf{U}_{A^s}); as there exists s>0s > 0 such that As≤2A^s \leq 2, Corollary 1 shows that for such a value of ss, fsf^s is an absolute value.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
