Commutative Algebra, chapter VI, § 7. Approximation theorem

Suppose that Ai⊄AjA_i \not\subset A_j for i≠ji \neq j. For every family of elements ai∈Aia_i \in A_i (1≤i≤n1 \leq i \leq n), there exists x∈Bx \in B such that x≡ai(modm(Ai))x \equiv a_i \pmod{m(A_i)} for 1≤i≤n1 \leq i \leq n.

Since the pip_i are maximal ideals of BB, Ai/m(Ai)=Bpi/piBpi=B/piA_i/m(A_i) = B_{p_i}/p_iB_{p_i} = B/p_i and it may therefore be assumed that ai∈Ba_i \in B for all ii. The corollary then follows from the fact that the canonical mapping from BB to ∏i=1n(B/pi)\prod_{i=1}^n (B/p_i) is surjective (Chapter 11, § 1, no. 2, Proposition 5).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
