Commutative Algebra, chapter VII, § 1. Krull domains

Let a,ba, b be two divisorial fractional ideals of AA. The following properties are equivalent: (a) div a\text{div } a and div b\text{div } b are equivalent divisors; (b) there exists x∈K∗x \in K^* such that b=xab = xa.

If div⁡b=div⁡a+div⁡(x)\operatorname{div} b = \operatorname{div} a + \operatorname{div}(x) for some x∈K∗x \in K^*, then div⁡b=div⁡(xa)\operatorname{div} b = \operatorname{div}(xa) and, as bb and xaxa are divisorial, b=xab = xa, which proves the proposition.

Let aa be an invertible fractional ideal (Chapter II, § 5, no. 6); then a=A:(A:a)a = A : (A : a) (loc. cit., Proposition 10) and hence aa is divisorial (no. 1, Proposition 1). The group J(A)J(A) of invertible fractional ideals is therefore identified with a subgroup of the monoid D(A)D(A) and the canonical image of J(A)J(A) in D(A)/SD(A)/S with the group of classes of projective AA-modules of rank 1 (Chapter II, § 5, no. 7, Corollary 2 to Proposition 12 and Remark 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
