Commutative Algebra, chapter VII, § 4. Modules over integrally closed Noetherian domains

Let AA be a Dedekind domain and MM a finitely generated AA-module. The following properties are equivalent: (a) MM is torsion-free. (b) MM is reflexive. (c) MM is projective.

We already know (with no hypothesis on the integral domain AA) that (b) implies (a) (no. 2, Remark 1) and that (c) implies (b) (Algebra, Chapter II, § 2, no. 7, Corollary 4 to Proposition 14). If MM is torsion-free, it is identified with a lattice of V=M⊗AKV = M \otimes_A K with respect to AA; MM, is therefore a free ApA_p-module for every maximal ideal p∈Pp \in P, since AA, is a principal ideal domain. The conclusion then follows from Chapter II, § 5, no. 2, Theorem 1 (b).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
