Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Tensor products

Let HH be a Z\mathbf{Z}-module and h:E×F→Hh : E \times F \to H a Z\mathbf{Z}-bilinear mapping satisfying conditions (1) and such that HH is generated by h(E×F)h(E \times F). Suppose that for every Z\mathbf{Z}-module GG and every Z\mathbf{Z}-bilinear mapping ff of E×FE \times F into GG satisfying (1) there exists a Z\mathbf{Z}-linear mapping g:H→Gg : H \to G such that f=g∘hf = g \circ h. Then, if ϕ\phi denotes the canonical mapping of E×FE \times F into E⊗AFE \otimes_A F, there exists one and only one isomorphism θ\theta of E⊗AFE \otimes_A F onto HH such that h=θ∘ϕh = \theta \circ \phi.

The hypothesis that h(E×F)h(E \times F) generates HH implies the uniqueness of gg; the corollary is then just the general uniqueness property of a solution of a universal mapping problem (Set Theory, IV, § 3, no. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
