Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Tensor products

Let E0E^0 (resp. F0F^0) denote the module EE (resp. FF) considered as a left (resp. right) module over the opposite ring A0A^0; then there exists one and only one Z\mathbf{Z}*-module isomorphism* σ:E⊗AF→F0⊗A0E0\sigma : E \otimes_A F \to F^0 \otimes_{A^0} E^0 such that σ(x⊗y)=y⊗x\sigma(x \otimes y) = y \otimes x for x∈Ex \in E and y∈Fy \in F ("commutativity" of tensor products).

By definition of the A0A^0-module structures on E0E^0 and F0F^0, the mapping (x,y)↦y⊗x(x, y) \mapsto y \otimes x of E×FE \times F into F0⊗A0E0F^0 \otimes_{A^0} E^0 is Z\mathbf{Z}-bilinear and satisfies conditions (1), whence the existence and uniqueness of the Z\mathbf{Z}-linear mapping σ\sigma. Similarly a Z\mathbf{Z}-linear mapping τ:F0⊗A0E0→E⊗AF\tau : F^0 \otimes_{A^0} E^0 \to E \otimes_A F is defined such that τ(y⊗x)=x⊗y\tau(y \otimes x) = x \otimes y and clearly σ\sigma and τ\tau are inverse isomorphisms.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
