Algebra, chapter III, § 4. Tensor products of algebras

(1) We recover the tensor product of algebras defined in no. 1 (with moreover the graduation the tensor product of those of its factors) taking εij(αi,βj)=1\varepsilon_{ij}(\alpha_i, \beta_j) = 1 for all i,j,αii, j, \alpha_i and βj\beta_j.

(2) Suppose that all the Δi\Delta_i are equal to Z\mathbf{Z} and write εij(αi,βj)=(−1)αiβj\varepsilon_{ij}(\alpha_i, \beta_j) = (-1)^{\alpha_i \beta_j}; the tensor ε\varepsilon-product ε⨂i∈IEi^{\varepsilon} \bigotimes_{i \in I} E_i corresponding to this system of commutation factors is then called the skew tensor product of the graded algebras EiE_i of type Z\mathbf{Z} and denoted by ε⨂i∈IEi^{\varepsilon} \bigotimes_{i \in I} E_i (or E ε⊗AFE \ ^{\varepsilon} \otimes_A F for two algebras, or εG⊗n^{\varepsilon} G^{\otimes n} instead of εG⊗n^{\varepsilon} G^{\otimes n}).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
