Algebra, chapter III, § 6. Symmetric algebras

Let A,BA, B be two commutative rings, ρ:A→B\rho : A \to B a ring homomorphism and MM an AA-module. The canonical extension

ψ:SB(B⊗AM)→B⊗ASA(M) \psi : S_B(B \otimes_A M) \to B \otimes_A S_A(M)

of the BB-linear mapping lB⊗ϕM′:B⊗AM→B⊗ASA(M)l_B \otimes \phi_M' : B \otimes_A M \to B \otimes_A S_A(M) is a graded BB-algebra isomorphism.

The proof is derived from that of § 5, no. 3, Proposition 5 replacing TT by SS and ϕM\phi_M by ϕM′\phi_M'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
