Algebra, chapter V, § 10. Galois extensions

— Let V0V_0 be a vector space over KK and let WW be a vector sub-N-space of N⊗KV0N \otimes_K V_0. Suppose that WW is stable under the mappings σ⊗IdV0\sigma \otimes \mathrm{Id}_{V_0} for all σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma. Let W0W_0 be the set of x∈V0x \in V_0 such that 1⊗x∈W1 \otimes x \in W; then W0W_0 is the unique vector sub-K-space of V0V_0 such that W=N⊗KW0W = N \otimes_K W_0.

It suffices to remark that the set of elements of the form 1⊗x (x∈V0)1 \otimes x \ (x \in V_0) is a K-structure on N⊗KV0N \otimes_K V_0 for which we have uσ=σ⊗IdV0u_\sigma = \sigma \otimes \mathrm{Id}_{V_0} for σ∈Γ\sigma \in \Gamma.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
