Algebra, chapter V, § 11. Abelian extensions

There exists a largest abelian extension of exponent dividing nn of K, contained in Ω\Omega ; it is obtained by adjoining to K the n-th roots of all its elements ; its Galois group may be identified with Hom⁡(K∗/K∗n,μn(K))\operatorname{Hom}(K^*/K^{*n}, \mu_n(K)), hence also with Hom⁡(K∗,μn(K))\operatorname{Hom}(K^*, \mu_n(K)).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
