Algebra, chapter VI, § 1. Ordered groups. Divisibility

The divisibility relation in K∗\mathbf{K}^* depends in an essential way on the particular ring A. If A=KA = K we obtain the « trivial » relation, under which x∣yx \mid y for every pair (x,y)(x, y) of elements of K∗\mathbf{K}^*. Let p and q be prime numbers; the rational numbers r/s whose denominators are not multiples of pp (resp. q) form a subring Z(p)\mathbf{Z}_{(p)} (resp. Z(q)\mathbf{Z}_{(q)}) of Q\mathbf{Q}; the divisibility relations in Q∗\mathbf{Q}^* relative to these two rings are distinct if p≠qp \neq q, the number p/qp/q being a multiple of 1 under one relation but not under the other.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
