Algebra, chapter VI, § 1. Ordered groups. Divisibility

— Let y,x1,x2,…,xny, x_1, x_2, \ldots, x_n be n+1n + 1 positive elements of GG such that y≤∑i=1nxiy \leq \sum_{i=1}^n x_i; then there exist nn positive elements yiy_i (1≤i≤n1 \leq i \leq n) such that yi≤xiy_i \leq x_i and y=∑i=1nyiy = \sum_{i=1}^n y_i.

It is sufficient to apply theorem 1 to the sequence (xi)(x_i) and the sequence consisting of the two elements yy and z=(∑i=1nxi)−yz = \left( \sum_{i=1}^n x_i \right) - y.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
