Algebra, chapter VI, § 1. Ordered groups. Divisibility

— If d is a gcd of x and y, then dnd^n is a gcd of xnx^n and yny^n for each positive integer n. Indeed xd1xd^1 and yd1yd^1 are coprime (Prop. 10 (DIV)), and hence so are xnd−nx^n d^{-n} and ynd−ny^n d^{-n} (Cor. 4).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
