Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 1. Semi-norms

— Let E, F be two topological vector spaces over a non-discrete valued division ring K; suppose that the topology of E (resp. F) is defined by a set of semi-norms Γ\Gamma (resp. Γ′\Gamma'). Let H be a set of linear mappings of E in F. The following conditions are equivalent : a) H is equicontinuous.

b) For every semi-norm q∈Γ′q \in \Gamma', there exists a finite family (pi)1≤i≤n(p_i)_{1 \leq i \leq n} of semi-norms belonging to Γ\Gamma and a number a>0a > 0 such that, for all x∈Ex \in E and all u∈Hu \in H,

q(u(x))≤a⋅sup⁡1≤i≤npi(x). q(u(x)) \leq a \cdot \sup_{1 \leq i \leq n} p_i(x) .

c) For every semi-norm q∈Γ′q \in \Gamma', the mapping sup⁡u∈H(q∘u)\sup_{u \in H} (q \circ u) is a continuous semi-norm on EE.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
