Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 1. Semi-norms

— Suppose that the topology T\mathscr{T} of a topological vector space EE over KK is defined by a directed set of semi-norms Γ\Gamma; for each semi-norm p∈Γp \in \Gamma, let EpE_p be the space obtained from EE using the topology defined by pp. The set E′E' of linear forms on EE that are continuous for T\mathscr{T} is the union of the sets Ep′E'_p, where Ep′E'_p is the set of continuous linear forms in EpE_p (p∈Γp \in \Gamma).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
