Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 5. Separation of convex sets

— Let AA be a closed non-empty convex set in a locally convex space EE and let KK be a compact non-empty convex set in EE, that does not meet AA. Then there exists a closed hyperplane HH that strictly separates AA from KK.

For there exists an open convex neighbourhood VV of 0 in EE such that A+VA + V and K+VK + V do not meet (GT, II, § 4.3, prop. 4). As A+VA + V and K+VK + V are convex and open in EE, prop. 1 of II, p. 37 shows that there exists a closed hyperplane HH that strictly separates A+VA + V from K+VK + V, and aa fortiori AA from KK.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
