Topological Vector Spaces, chapter IV, § 2. Bidual. Reflexive spaces

— Let EE be a locally convex space. We say that EE is semi-reflexive if the canonical mapping cEc_E from EE into E′′E'' is bijective.

This implies that EE is Hausdorff, and that every linear form on E′E', which is continuous for the strong topology β(E′,E)\beta(E', E), is of the form x′↦⟨x,x′⟩x' \mapsto \langle x, x' \rangle with x∈Ex \in E, i.e. continuous for the weak topology σ(E′,E)\sigma(E', E).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
