Topological Vector Spaces, V, p. 29, § 3. Tensor product of hilbertian spaces

\* Let XX be a Hausdorff topological space, and μ\mu a positive measure on XX. Let EE be a hilbertian space. We can identify L2(X,μ)⊗^2EL^2(X, \mu) \hat{\otimes}_2 E with LE2(X,μ)L^2_E(X, \mu) in a canonical way : if ff is the class of the square integrable scalar function ff on XX, and if aa belongs to EE, then f⊗af \otimes a is the class of the function x↦f(x).ax \mapsto f(x).a with values in EE.

Let YY be a Hausdorff topological space and ν\nu a positive measure on YY. In an analogous manner, we can identify the hilbertian spaces L2(X,μ)⊗^2L2(Y,ν)L^2(X, \mu) \hat{\otimes}_2 L^2(Y, \nu) and L2(X×Y,μ⊗ν)L^2(X \times Y, \mu \otimes \nu); then f⊗gf \otimes g can be identified with the class of the function (x,y)↦f(x)g(y)(x, y) \mapsto f(x)g(y) on X×YX \times Y. \*

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
