Functions of a Real Variable, chapter V, § 3. ASYMPTOTIC EXPANSIONS OF FUNCTIONS OF A REAL VARIABLE

We have (etx)′=etx(1−1x)∼et/x\left( \frac{e^t}{x} \right)' = \frac{e^t}{x} \left( 1 - \frac{1}{x} \right) \sim e^t / x; since et/xe^t / x tends to +∞+\infty with xx, one deduces from prop. 6 of V, p. 230, that ∫1xett dt∼ex/x\int_{1}^{x} \frac{e^t}{t} \, dt \sim e^x / x.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
