Functions of a Real Variable, chapter V, § 3. ASYMPTOTIC EXPANSIONS OF FUNCTIONS OF A REAL VARIABLE

Though ff and gg are comparable of order kk a function f1f_1 equivalent to ff need not be comparable of order kk to gg; however it will be so if one assumes that f1f_1 is comparable of order kk to ff and that none of the derivatives f(p)f^{(p)} (0⩽p⩽k−10 \leqslant p \leqslant k - 1) is equivalent to a nonzero constant.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
