Integration, III, p. 34, § 3. Integrals of continuous vector-valued functions

If EE is a locally convex space and NN is the closure of {0}\{0\} in EE, so that E1=E/NE_1 = E/N is the Hausdorff locally convex space associated with EE, we know that the duals E′E' and E1′E'_1 are identical; for a function ff to belong to K~(X;E)\widetilde{\mathscr{K}}(X; E), it is necessary and sufficient that f1=π∘ff_1 = \pi \circ f (where π:E→E1\pi : E \to E_1 is the canonical homomorphism) belong to K~(X;E1)\widetilde{\mathscr{K}}(X; E_1), in which case ∫fdμ=∫f1dμ\int f d\mu = \int f_1 d\mu. We may therefore limit ourselves to considering only Hausdorff locally convex spaces.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
