Integration, III, p. 34, § 3. Integrals of continuous vector-valued functions

Let EE be a locally convex space over C\mathbf{C}, and let E0E_0 be the locally convex space over R\mathbf{R} underlying EE; we know that the mapping z′↦ℜz′z' \mapsto \Re z' which, to every continuous (complex) linear form z′z' on EE, makes correspond the continuous (real) linear form z↦ℜ⟨z,z′⟩z \mapsto \Re \langle z, z' \rangle on E0E_0, is an R\mathbf{R}-isomorphism of the dual E′E' onto the dual E0′E'_0 of E0E_0 (TVS, II, §8, No. 1). Similarly, the algebraic dual E0′∗E'_0* of the real vector space E0′E'_0 may be canonically identified with the real space underlying the algebraic dual E′∗E'* of E′E'. It follows that if μ\mu is a real measure and ff a mapping in K~(X;E)\widetilde{\mathscr{K}}(X; E), the formula (1) is again valid when ff is regarded as taking its values in E0E_0 and the canonical bilinear forms figuring in the two members as being, respectively, relative to the duality between E0′E'_0 and E0′∗E'_0* for the first member and the duality between E0E_0 and E0′E'_0 for the second.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
