Integration, chapter V, § 1. Essential upper integral

— A subset of TT is said to be μ\mu*-moderated if it satisfies the equivalent conditions of Proposition 5*. A function defined on TT, with values in a vector space or in R‾\overline{\mathbf{R}}, is said to be μ\mu*-moderated if it is zero on the complement of a* μ\mu*-moderated subset of* TT. The measure μ\mu is said to be moderated if TT is a μ\mu*-moderated set*.

If μ\mu is a moderated measure, then every function on TT is μ\mu-moderated and every subset of TT is μ\mu-moderated.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
