Integration, V, p. 54, § 5. Measures defined by numerical densities

One says that a complex measure θ\theta on TT is concentrated on a subset MM of TT, or that MM carries θ\theta, if CM\mathbf{C}M is locally negligible for θ\theta.

The set MM carries θ\theta if and only if it carries ∣θ∣|\theta|. It is equivalent to say that MM carries θ\theta, or that MM is θ\theta-measurable and θ=φM⋅θ\theta = \varphi_M \cdot \theta. If θ\theta is concentrated on MM, then every measure with base ∣θ∣|\theta| is concentrated on MM.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
