Integration, chapter V, § 8. Products of measures

— *Let ff be a function defined on T×T′T \times T', with values in a Banach space FF or in R‾\overline{\mathbf{R}}; let NN be the set of t∈Tt \in T such that the function t′↦f(t,t′)t' \mapsto f(t,t') is not μ′\mu'-integrable.

a) Suppose that ff is ν\nu-integrable; then NN is μ\mu-negligible, the function t↦∫f(t,t′) dμ′(t′)t \mapsto \int f(t,t')\,d\mu'(t') (defined for t∉Nt \notin N) is μ\mu-integrable, and*

∬f(t,t′) dμ(t) dμ′(t′)=∫dμ(t)∫f(t,t′) dμ′(t′). \iint f(t,t')\,d\mu(t)\,d\mu'(t') = \int d\mu(t) \int f(t,t')\,d\mu'(t').

b) Suppose that ff is essentially ν\nu-integrable, and that the measure μ′\mu' is moderated; then NN is locally μ\mu-negligible, the function t↦∫f(t,t′) dμ′(t′)t \mapsto \int f(t, t')\, d\mu'(t') (defined for t∉Nt \notin N) is essentially μ\mu-integrable, and (13) holds.

The assertion a) follows at once from Th. 1 of §3, No. 3. To establish b), let us denote by gg a ν\nu-integrable function equal to ff locally almost everywhere, and by HH the set of (t,t′)(t, t') such that f(t,t′)≠g(t,t′)f(t, t') \neq g(t, t'). By Cor. 1 of Prop. 7, the section H(t)H(t) is μ′\mu'-negligible, except for t∈Tt \in T forming a locally μ\mu-negligible set. The result pertaining to ff may then be deduced from the statement a) applied to gg.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
