Integration, chapter VI, § 1. Integration of vector-valued functions

One calls integral of ff with respect to μ\mu, and denotes by ∫fdμ\int f d\mu or ∫f(t)dμ(t)\int f(t) d\mu(t), the element of F′∗{F'}^* defined by

⟨z′,∫fdμ⟩=∫⟨z′,f⟩dμ \left\langle z', \int f d\mu \right\rangle = \int \langle z', f \rangle d\mu
for all z′∈F′z' \in F'.

If ff is continuous with compact support, it is scalarly integrable and Def. 1 coincides with the definition of the integral of ff given in Ch. III, §3, No. 1. On the other hand, if FF is a Banach space and ff is essentially integrable (Ch. V, §1, No. 3, Def. 3), then ff is scalarly essentially integrable and Def. 1 coincides with the definition of the integral of ff given in Chapter V (Ch. V, §1, No. 3 and Ch. IV, §4, No. 2, Cor. 1 of Th. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
