Integration, IX, p. 68, § 5. Measures on completely regular spaces

*Let TT be a completely regular space, XX a topological space, and ff a complex-valued function defined on T×XT \times X, continuous and bounded. For every bounded measure μ\mu on TT, let FμF_\mu be the function on XX defined by Fμ(x)=∫Tf(t,x)dμ(t)F_\mu(x) = \int_T f(t, x) d\mu(t) for all x∈Xx \in X.

a) The function FμF_\mu is continuous and bounded for every bounded measure μ\mu.

b) Suppose that TT is locally compact. The mapping μ↦Fμ\mu \mapsto F_\mu of M+b(T)\mathscr{M}_+^b(T) into Cb(X;C)C^b(X; \mathbf{C}) is then continuous, if M+b(T)\mathscr{M}_+^b(T) is equipped with the tight topology, and Cb(X;C)C^b(X; \mathbf{C}) with the topology of compact convergence.

For every x∈Xx \in X, denote by fxf_x the continuous and bounded function t↦f(t,x)t \mapsto f(t, x) on TT; the mapping x↦fxx \mapsto f_x of XX into Cb(T;C)C^b(T; \mathbf{C}) has bounded image, and it is continuous if Cb(T;C)C^b(T; \mathbf{C}) is equipped with the topology of compact convergence (GT, X, §3, No. 4, Th. 3). Since Fμ(x)=μ(fx)F_\mu(x) = \mu(f_x), the function FμF_\mu is continuous by Prop. 12. Suppose TT is locally compact; Prop. 13 shows that the mapping (μ,x)↦Fμ(x)(\mu, x) \mapsto F_\mu(x) of M+b(T)×X\mathscr{M}_+^b(T) \times X into C\mathbf{C} is continuous; the assertion b) follows from this (loc. cit.).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
