Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter II, § 2. Free Lie algebras

Let K′K' be a non-zero commutative ring and u:K→K′u : K \to K' a ring homomorphism. For every set X there exists one and only one Lie K′K'-algebra homomorphism

v:LK(X)⊗K′→LK′(X) v : L_K(X) \otimes K' \to L_{K'}(X)

such that v(x⊗1)=xv(x \otimes 1) = x for x∈Xx \in X. Further, v is an isomorphism.

Applying Proposition 1 to g=LK′(X)g = L_{K'}(X) considered as a Lie K-algebra and the mapping x↦xx \mapsto x of X into g, we obtain a K-homomorphism LK(X)→LK′(X)L_K(X) \to L_{K'}(X), whence there is a K′K'-homomorphism v:LK(X)⊗K′→LK′(X)v : L_K(X) \otimes K' \to L_{K'}(X). The fact that v is unique and is an isomorphism follows from the fact that the ordered pair (LK(X)⊗K′,x↦x⊗1)(L_K(X) \otimes K', x \mapsto x \otimes 1) is a solution of the same universal mapping problem as the ordered pair (LK′(X),x↦x)(L_{K'}(X), x \mapsto x).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
