Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter II, § 5. Magnus algebras

Suppose that in the ring KK the relation n.1=0n.1 = 0 implies n=0n = 0 for every integer nn. Let rr be a mapping of XX into A^(X)\hat{A}(X) such that ω(r(x))≥2\omega(r(x)) \geq 2 for x∈Xx \in X and let gg be the homomorphism of F(X)F(X) into the Magnus group Γ(X)\Gamma(X) such that g(x)=1+x+r(x)g(x) = 1 + x + r(x) for x∈Xx \in X. For all n≥1n \geq 1, CnF(X)C^n F(X) is the inverse image under gg of the subgroup 1+A^n(X)1 + \hat{A}_n(X) of Γ(X)\Gamma(X).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
