Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 1. Lie groups

Let GG and HH be Lie groups, p:G→Hp: G \to H and s:H→Gs: H \to G Lie group morphisms such that p∘s=idHp \circ s = \mathrm{id}_H and N=Ker pN = \mathrm{Ker}\ p. Then NN is a Lie subgroup of GG, s is an isomorphism of HH onto a Lie subgroup of GG and the Lie group GG is the internal semi-direct product of s(H)s(H) by NN.

Te(p)∘Te(s)=idTe(H)T_e(p) \circ T_e(s) = \mathrm{id}_{T_{e(H)}} and hence pp (resp. ss) is a submersion (resp. an immersion). By Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 5.10.5, N is a Lie subgroup of G. On the other hand, ss is a homeomorphism of H onto s(H)s(H) and hence ss is an isomorphism of H onto a Lie subgroup of G (Differentiable and Analytic Manifolds, R, 5.8.3). Finally, for all g∈Gg \in G, g=(s∘p)(g)⋅ng = (s \circ p)(g) \cdot n for some n∈Nn \in N; as s∘ps \circ p is analytic, the Lie group G is the semi-direct product of s(H)s(H) by N.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
