Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 3. Passage from a Lie group to its Lie algebra

Let a∈L(G)a \in \mathbf{L}(G). The vector field defined by aa and the left operation g↦Int gg \mapsto \mathrm{Int}\, g of GG on GG is the field Ra−La\mathbf{R}_a - \mathbf{L}_a.

The value of this field at gg is

a⊤εg=a∗εg−εg∗a(Corollary 1)=(Ra)g−(La)g(Definition 5). \begin{aligned} a \top \varepsilon_g &= a * \varepsilon_g - \varepsilon_g * a & \text{(Corollary 1)} \\ &= (\mathbf{R}_a)_g - (\mathbf{L}_a)_g & \text{(Definition 5)}. \end{aligned}

For all g∈Gg \in G and all t∈L(G)t \in L(G),

(Ad g)(t)=εg⊤t=εg∗t∗εg−1=gtg−1. (\mathrm{Ad}\,g)(t) = \varepsilon_g \top t = \varepsilon_g * t * \varepsilon_g^{-1} = gtg^{-1}.
Since Ad g=Te(Int g)\mathrm{Ad}\,g = T_e(\mathrm{Int}\,g), Proposition 42 of no. 11 proves that Ad\mathrm{Ad} is an analytic linear representation of GG on the normable space L(G)L(G).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
