Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 3. Passage from a Lie group to its Lie algebra

Let s∈Gs \in G and sgsg be the mapping x↦sg(x)x \mapsto sg(x) of MM into GG. Then

(sg)−1.d(sg)=g−1.dg. (sg)^{-1}.d(sg) = g^{-1}.dg.

This follows from Proposition 59 (i) taking ff to be the constant mapping x↦sx \mapsto s of MM into GG.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
