Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 6. Real and complex Lie groups

(1) A connected Lie subgroup of G is an integral subgroup of G.

(2) Suppose that G is finite-dimensional. Let H be a subgroup of G; we give it the structure induced by the Lie group structure on G (§ 4, no. 5, Definition 3). Then its identity component H_0 is an integral subgroup of G and the subalgebra tangent to H at e is L(H_0) (§ 4, no. 5, Proposition 9 (ii)).

(3) Let G be a complex Lie group, H an integral subgroup of G and G_1 (resp. H_1) the underlying real Lie group of G (resp. H). Then H_1 is an integral subgroup of G_1 and L(H_1) is the underlying real Lie algebra of L(H).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
