Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 6. Real and complex Lie groups

Let φ′\varphi' be another analytic linear representation of GG on a complete normable space E′E'. Let T∈L(E,E′)T \in \mathscr{L}(E, E'). The following conditions are equivalent:

(i) Tφ(g)=φ′(g)TT\varphi(g) = \varphi'(g)T for all g∈Gg \in G; (ii) TL(φ)(a)=L(φ′)(a)TTL(\varphi)(a) = L(\varphi')(a)T for all a∈L(G)a \in L(G).

Let σ\sigma be the linear representation of GG on L(E,E′)\mathscr{L}(E, E') derived from φ\varphi and φ′\varphi' (§ 3, no. 11, Corollary 1 to Proposition 41). Condition (i) means that TT is invariant under σ(G)\sigma(G). Condition (ii) means that TT is annihilated by L(σ)(L(G))L(\sigma)(L(G)). It then suffices to apply Corollary 3.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
