Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 6. Real and complex Lie groups

Let x∈Ex \in E. For xx to be invariant under φ(G)\varphi(G), it is necessary and sufficient that xx be annihilated by L(φ)(L(G))L(\varphi)(L(G)) (that is that xx be invariant under L(φ)L(\varphi) in the sense of Chapter I, § 3, Definition 3).

It suffices to take E1=KxE_1 = Kx and E2=0E_2 = 0 in Proposition 13.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
