Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 8. Lie groups over R or Qp

Let G be a topological group and V an open neighbourhood of e. Suppose that V has an analytic manifold structure which makes it into a real (resp. p-adic) Lie group germ. Then G is a real (resp. p-adic) Lie group.

Let g∈Gg \in G. There exists an open neighbourhood V′V' of ee in G such that V′∪gV′g−1⊂VV' \cup gV'g^{-1} \subset V. The mapping v↦gvg−1v \mapsto gv g^{-1} of V′V' into VV is a continuous and hence analytic morphism of the Lie group germ V′V' into the Lie group germ VV. It then suffices to apply Proposition 18 of § 1, no. 9.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
