Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 9. Commutators, centralizers and normalizers in a Lie group

Suppose that K is ultrametric. Let G be a finite-dimensional Lie group with Lie algebra g. There exists an open subgroup G0G_0 of G such that, for all ii, DiG0D^iG_0 (resp. CiG0C^iG_0) is a Lie subgroup of G with Lie algebra Dig\mathscr{D}^ig (resp. Cig\mathscr{C}^ig).

(a) By Proposition 3 applied inductively, for every open subgroup G1G_1 of G and for all ii, DiG1D^iG_1 contains a Lie subgroup germ of G with Lie algebra Dig\mathscr{D}^ig.

(b) Let G′G' be an open subgroup of G such that, for i≤ni \leq n, DiG′D^iG' is a Lie subgroup of G with Lie algebra Dig\mathscr{D}^ig. By Proposition 6, there exist open subgroups H1,H2H_1, H_2 of DnG′D^nG', such that (H1,H2)(H_1, H_2) is a Lie subgroup with Lie algebra Dn+1g\mathscr{D}^{n+1}g. Let G′′G'' be an open subgroup of G′G' small enough for DnG′′⊂H1∩H2D^nG'' \subset H_1 \cap H_2. Then Dn+1G′′⊂(H1,H2)D^{n+1}G'' \subset (H_1, H_2). The relations

D0G′′⊂D0G′,D1G′′⊂D1G′,…,DnG′′⊂DnG′,Dn+1G′′⊂(H1,H2) D^0G'' \subset D^0G', D^1G'' \subset D^1G', \ldots, D^nG'' \subset D^nG', D^{n+1}G'' \subset (H_1, H_2)
prove, using (a), that DiG′′D^iG'' is, for i≤n+1i \leq n + 1, a Lie subgroup of G with Lie algebra Dig\mathscr{D}^ig.

(c) There exists an integer pp such that Dpg=Dp+1g=⋯\mathscr{D}^pg = \mathscr{D}^{p+1}g = \cdots. By the above, there exists an open subgroup G0G_0 of G such that DiG0D^iG_0 is, for i≤pi \leq p, a Lie subgroup of G with Lie algebra Dig\mathscr{D}^ig. But, by (a), the same assertion remains true for i>pi > p since DpG0⊃DiG0D^pG_0 \supset D^iG_0 for i>pi > p.

(d) The argument is similar for the CiC^i.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
