Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VI, § 4. Classification of root systems

Let R1R_1 and R2R_2 be two reduced root systems in vector spaces V1V_1 and V2V_2. Let B1=(αi)i∈I1B_1 = (\alpha_i)_{i \in I_1} and B2=(αi)i∈I2B_2 = (\alpha_i)_{i \in I_2} be bases of R1R_1 and R2R_2, indexed canonically. Let λ\lambda be an isomorphism from the Dynkin graph of R1R_1 to the Dynkin graph of R2R_2. Then, there exists a unique isomorphism from V1V_1 to V2V_2 transforming R1R_1 into R2R_2 and αi\alpha_i into αλ(i)\alpha_{\lambda(i)} for all i∈I1i \in I_1.

It is clear that an automorphism of RR defines an automorphism of the Dynkin graph of RR, and hence a homomorphism φ\varphi from the group A(R)A(R) to the group of automorphisms of the Dynkin graph of RR.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
