General Topology, chapter I, § 7. Limits

Let XX be a topological space and F\mathfrak{F} a filter on XX. A point x∈Xx \in X is said to be a limit point (or simply a limit) of F\mathfrak{F}, if F\mathfrak{F} is finer than the neighbourhood filter B(x)\mathfrak{B}(x) of xx; F\mathfrak{F} is also said to converge (or to be convergent) to xx. The point xx is said to be a limit of a filter base B\mathfrak{B} on XX, and B\mathfrak{B} is said to converge to xx, if the filter whose base is B\mathfrak{B} converges to xx.

This definition, together with Proposition 4 of § 6, no. 3, gives the following criterion:

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
