General Topology, chapter I, § 7. Limits

Let ff be a mapping of a set XX into a topological space YY; then y∈Yy \in Y is a cluster point of ff with respect to F\mathfrak{F} if and only if there is a filter G\mathfrak{G} on XX which is finer than F\mathfrak{F} and such that yy is a limit of ff with respect to G\mathfrak{G}.

For if yy is a cluster point of ff with respect to F\mathfrak{F}, and if B\mathfrak{B} is the neighbourhood filter of yy, then f‾−1(B)\overline{f}^{-1}(\mathfrak{B}) is a filter base on XX since every set of f‾−1(B)\overline{f}^{-1}(\mathfrak{B}) meets every set of F\mathfrak{F} (§ 6, no. 6). This remark shows also that there is a filter G\mathfrak{G} on XX which is finer than both F\mathfrak{F} and the filter with base f‾−1(B)\overline{f}^{-1}(\mathfrak{B}) (§ 6, no. 2, Proposition 1, Corollary 2), hence that yy is a limit point of ff with respect to G\mathfrak{G}.

Notice finally that if ff is a mapping of a set XX into a topological space YY, the set of cluster points of ff with respect to a filter F\mathfrak{F} on XX is closed in YY (no. 2, Proposition 5) and possibly empty.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
