General Topology, chapter II, § 2. Uniformly continuous functions

If f:X→X′f : X \to X' is a uniformly continuous mapping, then ff remains uniformly continuous if we replace the uniformity of XX by a finer uniformity and that of X′X' by a coarser uniformity (no. 1, Proposition 2). In other words, the finer the uniformity of XX and the coarser the uniformity of X′X', the more uniformly continuous mappings there are of XX into X′X'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
