General Topology, chapter X, § 1. The uniformity of $\mathscr{G}$-convergence

Let XX be a topological space, YY a uniform space. Then the mapping (f,x)→f(x)(f, x) \to f(x) of Cu(X;Y)×X\mathscr{C}_u(X; Y) \times X into YY is continuous.

Let f0:X→Yf_0 : X \to Y be a continuous mapping, let x0x_0 be a point of XX and let VV be an entourage of YY. The set TT of continuous mappings f:X→Yf : X \to Y such that (f(x),f(x0))∈V(f(x), f(x_0)) \in V for all x∈Xx \in X is a neighbourhood of f0f_0 in Cu(X;Y)\mathscr{C}_u(X; Y). On the other hand, since f0f_0 is continuous, there is a neighbourhood UU of x0x_0 in XX such that (f0(x),f0(x0))∈V(f_0(x), f_0(x_0)) \in V for all x∈Ux \in U. Consequently we have (f(x),f(x0))∈V(f(x), f(x_0)) \in V whenever (f,x)∈T×U(f, x) \in T \times U, and the result is proved.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
