Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 1. Dimension de Krull d’un anneau

If n\mathfrak{n} is a nilideal of AA, Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A) is homeomorphic to Spec(A/n)\mathrm{Spec}(A/\mathfrak{n}) (II, § 4, No. 3, remark). Therefore one has dim⁡(A/n)=dim⁡(A)\dim(A/\mathfrak{n}) = \dim(A); in particular, one has dim⁡(A)=dim⁡(Ared)\dim(A) = \dim(A_{\mathrm{red}}) where AredA_{\mathrm{red}} is the quotient of the ring AA by its nilradical.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
