Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 2. Dimension des algèbres

Let AA and BB be two integral k-algebras, MM an AA-module without torsion, NN a BB-module without torsion. If the ring A⊗kBA \otimes_k B is integral, then M⊗kNM \otimes_k N is a module without torsion over A⊗kBA \otimes_k B.

Let KK (resp. LL) be the field of fractions of AA (resp. BB). There exists a set II (resp. JJ) such that MM (resp. NN) is isomorphic to a submodule of K(I)K^{(I)} (resp. L(J)L^{(J)}). The (A⊗kB)(A \otimes_k B)-module M⊗kNM \otimes_k N is therefore isomorphic to a submodule of K(I)⊗kL(J)K^{(I)} \otimes_k L^{(J)}, which is isomorphic to (K⊗kL)(I×J)(K \otimes_k L)^{(I \times J)}. Since K⊗kLK \otimes_k L is a ring of fractions of the integral ring A⊗kBA \otimes_k B, it is a torsion-free module over A⊗kBA \otimes_k B, whence the lemma.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
