Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 5. Anneaux locaux réguliers

Let kk be a field and let nn be a positive integer. The ring of formal power series k[[X1,...,Xn]]k[[X_1, ..., X_n]] is a regular noetherian local ring of dimension nn (§ 3, No. 4, Cor. 3 to Prop. 8). Let F1,...,FnF_1, ..., F_n be formal power series without constant term in k[[X1,...,Xn]]k[[X_1, ..., X_n]]; in order that the sequence (F1,...,Fn)(F_1, ..., F_n) be a system of coordinates of k[[X1,...,Xn]]k[[X_1, ..., X_n]], it is necessary and sufficient that the matrix (∂Fi∂Xj(0,...,0))\left( \frac{\partial F_i}{\partial X_j}(0, ..., 0) \right) be invertible.

More generally, let AA be a regular noetherian local ring of dimension rr; then A[[X1,...,Xn]]A[[X_1, ..., X_n]] is a regular noetherian local ring of dimension r+nr + n. If (a1,...,ar)(a_1, ..., a_r) is a system of coordinates of AA, then (a1,...,ar,X1,...,Xn)(a_1, ..., a_r, X_1, ..., X_n) is a system of coordinates of A[[X1,...,Xn]]A[[X_1, ..., X_n]].

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
