Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 5. Anneaux locaux réguliers

Let kk be a field, AA an integral kk-algebra of finite type, and mm a maximal ideal of AA. The local noetherian ring AmA_m is regular if and only if one has dim⁡(A)=[m/m2:A/m]\dim(A) = [m/m^2 : A/m]; in fact, one has dim⁡(Am)=dim⁡(A)\dim(A_m) = \dim(A) (§ 2, No. 4, Cor. 2 to Theorem 3) and the vector spaces m/m2m/m^2 and mAm/(mAm)2mA_m/(mA_m)^2 over the field A/mA/m are isomorphic (II, § 3, No. 3, Prop. 9). In particular, if kk is algebraically closed, the stated condition is equivalent to dim⁡(A)=[m/m2:k]\dim(A) = [m/m^2 : k] (V, § 3, No. 3, Prop. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
